Lynn is President and CEO of NT Logistics, a Frisco-based, full-service, third-party logistics provider (3PL) he founded in 1999. NT Logistics is an addition to Lynn’s original firm, North Texas Carrier Corp, an asset-based contract carrier company he started in 1988.
During its 25+ year history, NT Logistics has been recognized on multiple occasions by the SMU Cox School of Business and Dallas Business Journal as one of the fastest-growing privately held companies in Dallas-Fort Worth. Lynn has been further recognized as a two-time finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
NT Logistics is a leader in the 3PL transportation industry with a large footprint in the consumer-packaged goods market, earning a considerable collection of customer service awards. NT Logistics serves a national customer base with additional offices in Texas, Arizona, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Michigan. In 2016, a new specialized transportation division was added with the acquisition of Anchor Freight, LLC.
Lynn, a native of Gunter, Texas, graduated in 1987 from the University of North Texas (UNT) with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. In 2021 he was honored with a Distinguished Alumni Award from UNT. He is a member of the UNT Logistics Center Board of Directors and is active in the University’s Sigma Nu Alumni Association. Lynn was elected to the Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA) Board and serves as Secretary, Chairman of Services, and as a member of the Executive Committee. In 2018, Texas Governor Greg Abbott appointed Lynn to the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) board of directors where he serves as Chairman of the Finance, Audit, and Administration committee; he is currently serving his fourth term.
Lynn is active in his local church and served on the Board of Directors of Christian Care Centers, Inc. in Mesquite, Texas and served 12 years as a member of the Gunter ISD Board of Trustees. He was a founding member of the board of the GISD Educational Foundation.
Lynn is a private pilot who enjoys flying, hunting and raising cattle with Dianne, his wife of 35 years, on their ranch in Grayson County. They have three adult children, one son-in-law, two daughters-in-law, two grandsons, and one granddaughter.
Chris is a founding member of NT Logistics. He joined NT from the public accounting firm of Matson, Driscoll & Damico where he specialized in financial statement analysis and was involved with many aspects of forensic accounting. Chris is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Texas Society of CPAs (TSCPA). He received a BBA and a MBA from Baylor University.
Seth Arnoux has spent the last 17 years as a leader in the transportation and logistics industry. He is a specialist at driving out waste and inefficiencies in all processes of the supply chain, gaining experience while working for C.H. Robinson, Oldcastle APG, and working alongside Velocity Transport (since acquired by GEODIS) all prior to joining NT Logistics. Seth received his BSBA from California Coast University.
Jan joined NT Logistics in its infancy as the General Manager of the brokerage department, which she has led ever since. She has garnered countless customer service awards from large national manufacturers. She holds over 40-plus years of experience in the industry and has specialized in intermodal transport in her previous roles. She helped one transportation company develop and grow a brokerage department into a multi-million-dollar business.
Sheri and her team joined NT Logistics in April of 2016. She has over 30 years of oilfield transportation and construction equipment experience. Before merging with NT Logistics, Sheri grew her company, Anchor Freight, to carve out a niche in the equipment rental business, later expanding to manufacturers, auction moves, dealers (both OEM and independent) as well as many companies within the oilfield industry. Sheri leads the specialized freight division in Oklahoma City, OK.
Alex joined the NT Logistics team in June 2017. He has several years’ experience working with the finance and accounting functions of large publicly traded companies, and has spent time in mortgage and healthcare before moving to the transportation industry. Alex received an undergraduate degree in Business Economics from Texas Tech University.
